1 stick of butter

1.5 cups heavy cream

7 cloves of chopped garlic

2 cups parmesan cheese

Black pepper

Cajun Seasoning

Buttermilk

Florida Mans Lunacy Hot Sauce

Chicken Drumsticks

Start by butterflying your chicken drumsticks. Cut a slit down the middle of one side and then separate the meat from the bone on both sides of the bone. You should be able to open it up and spread out the meat.

Place the chicken in dish to brine for at least 4 hours and up to overnight. Cover with a whole bottle of the hot sauce and some buttermilk.

After at least 4 hours, remove the chicken and pat dry. Season both sides with cajun seasoning and set up your grill for direct cooking. Grill both sides until you have some char and the internal temp is 165 then rest for about 5-10 minutes.

Alfredo sauce

Brown one stick of butter over low heat. This will take about 10 minutes and you will smell the nutty aromas of the brown butter. Add in the garlic and whisk for a few minutes then slowly add in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Once all combined add in some black pepper and taste. Add salt or more pepper if needed. The parmesan cheese adds a nice saltiness already but taste and adjust as you need.

Dip the chicken in the alfredo sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
